What we collect
InOutPro processes account and administrator details, employee profile details, roster and timesheet records, attendance timestamps, site QR references, device information, GPS coordinates or distance, and attendance photos when those features are used. Trial and demo enquiries include the details submitted through the contact form.
Why we use it
We use this information to provide authentication, attendance recording, roster and timesheet workflows, exception review, payroll export or integration, support, security, auditing and requested sales follow-up.
Location and photos
Location and photo evidence is collected only during the relevant attendance flow. A workplace may configure rules that flag missing or outside-radius evidence. These signals support manager review; they do not guarantee identity or physical presence.
Access and sharing
Access is limited by platform, organization and location roles. We may use service providers for hosting, storage, transactional email and integrations requested by an authorized administrator. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and requests
Retention depends on the customer account, operational requirements and applicable law. Authorized account administrators can request access, correction or deletion where appropriate. Some records may need to be retained for payroll, employment, security or legal purposes.
