No. Staff can clock in from their own phones, or you can stand up a shared tablet at the entrance as a kiosk. The only physical thing you might print is the site QR code.
Each site has a location and a geofence radius you set. At clock-in, InOutPro checks the device's GPS against that radius and records the exact distance from the site. Clocks outside the radius aren't blocked — they're flagged for a manager to review.
Yes. The Operator plan supports unlimited sites from a single account, each with its own QR, geofence, pay period and branding. Managers can be scoped to a site or even a single department.
