Terms of Use

Last updated 11 July 2026

Authorized use

You may use InOutPro only for an organization you are authorized to represent. Administrators are responsible for configuring locations, roles, attendance policies and integrations, and for telling staff how workplace data is collected and used.

Accounts and security

Keep email access, employee PINs and devices secure. Do not share one-time login codes or attempt to access another organization or location. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Attendance and payroll decisions

InOutPro records evidence and supports review workflows. It does not replace manager review, employment advice, payroll advice or legal obligations. Customers remain responsible for approving timesheets and validating payroll information before export or synchronization.

Trials and availability

A trial or demo request is an enquiry, not automatic account activation. Trial availability, duration and included features may be confirmed during follow-up. Features can change as the service develops.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, upload unlawful material, attempt to defeat access controls, probe other accounts, automate abusive traffic or use attendance evidence for unlawful surveillance or discrimination.
